SUMMARY:CranioSacral Level 1 (Weekend Training Course)
DESCRIPTION:Few systems have as much impact on the human body as the craniosacral system. It protects and nourishes the brain and spinal cord\, affecting nearly every aspect of the central nervous system performance. Developed after years of university research and testing\, it allows you to release fascial restrictions anywhere on the body that may be impinging the craniosacral system and every other system it interacts with.\n\nIn this workshop you'll learn gentle techniques to normalize the cranium and brain stem to the sacrum which connects through the spinal tube and allow the body to self-correct. By unraveling pain and dysfunction at the source\, you'll naturally help eliminate stress\, strengthen resistance to disease\, and enhance health in every dimension. It will also eradicate emotional trauma\, physical trauma throughout the body. Allowing one to physically\, mentally\, and  emotionally release all stuck energy to create balance/homeostasis throughout the entire body.\n\n \n\nYou will learn to:\n\n• describe the scientific foundation and principles of CranioSacral Therapy & why it is the key to relieving pain and dysfunction at their source\n\n• demonstrate finely tuned palpation skills you can rely on as highly sensitive and intuitive healthcare tools\n\n• identify the subtle CranioSacral rhythm and interpret its patterns to accurately evaluate dysfunction and improvements\n\n• locate the source of physical problems by traveling through the fascial system\, the complex web of tissue that impacts all body structures and systems\n\n• release dural tube restrictions to enhance interactions between the central nervous system and the rest of the body\n\n• use techniques that produce dramatic health and relaxation effects\, including direction of energy\n\n• put a simple\, effective 10-step protocol into practice right away\n\nAll 3 classes must be attended to receive your certificate of completion and to become eligible for Cranial Sacral 2 Training offered later this year.\n\n \n\nSchedule:\n\nMay 29     Introduction                     6:30pm-8:30pm\n\nMay 30     Instructional Training     10:00am-5:00pm\n\nMay 31     Hands-On Training         10:00am-6:00pm\n\n \n\nPrerequisites: None\n\nCost for this weekend training course is $250.
