DESCRIPTION:In this meditation\, we will get an opportunity to identify our cords and break any that are no longer serving us that we are willing to let go. This is important and personal work\, that is much needed and very supported at this time.\n\nCording is a process that we all do to another being\, situation or thought that we need to feel secure. It is an invisible emotional energy that drives a person to be connected to these things. As a physical example of this a mother cords to the child through the umbilical cord. Our cords could have been created from past life\, current life or future life. Be clear about how you are connected energetically to these things. It could be for unhealthy reasons. If you have a situation in your life that is unhealthy and not working for you\, then you may have a cord that needs to be broken to move forward.\n\nHowever\, you have to be truly ready to let it go. This energy needs to be filled immediately after the cord is broken or you will be destined to cord again. But if you truly want freedom uncording can help you achieve what you are looking for. Examples of unhealthy cords could include abusive relationships\, addictions such as food\, alcohol\, tobacco or bad habits like fears\, worry\, procrastination\, etc.\n\n
